Dear Chile,
Somewhere at the beginning of my term I've reached out to you and for the past few days I've been involved in negotiations with your representatives. The goal was simple: restore the good old eChile-ePoland friendship and cooperation.
At first, everything went smooth. Your CP and MoFA were more than interested in this new beginning and we reached an agreement. Chile got one condition: drop mpp with Romania. No problem for us, of course. You know what were our demands? None. We wanted just to be allies again and that's it, as we treat Chile as equal.
And that's not all - we also communicated with the Bulgarians, ready to work on a solution enabling all of us to function without any mpp/military conflict. We were ready to give it a chance, just for the sake of the good old times.
Finally, negotiations were concluded, Chilean CP issued a mpp proposal. And then something weird happened - even though mpp was agreed by both sides, some people influenced Chilean congress and the law was rejected as a result. It was explained that Poland is still TWO and got mpp with enemies, things like that.
On the other hand, Macedonia is allowed to mpp Serbia and USA enjoy their alliances with Croatia and Albania. Clearly, not everyone is equal in CoT. It's a pity, dear Chile, because our friendship deserves much more than that...and it's still not too late. So if you decide to keep your word and renew our successful cooperation, you know where to find us.

So Poland sign MPP with Chile and Hungary with Argentin. Superior TWO diplomacy fly high again...Serbia has MPP with Macedonia while Hungary has with Greece. What will be the next?Spain sign MPP with Mexico and Hungary with Colombia?

Jak tam wygląda sprawa z Chińczykami i ewentualnym MPP z nimi ? Bo pamiętam, że Khere coś wspominał już jakiś czas temu, a Chińczycy mieli się ogarnąć w ciągu najbliższych dni po odrzuceniu naszego MPP.
A druga sprawa to co Grecy na nieprzedłużenia MPP z Rumunią ?

We have no issues upfront with Poland, quite the contrary. We feel very grateful for all your support in the past. The problem was actually not yours, it was ours. Our CP/Mofa didn't communicate this to anyone, and Congress felt this was a strange move that had to be discussed.
Many voices arose talking about the AS attempt from the Gold Mine era, Romania tying close ties with you and Serbia, your DO's fighting our closest ally Bulgaria, etc, etc... but I insist, that was not the point. Our Congress has a law that offgame discussions have to be held BEFORE the ingame law can be proposed for NEW MPP's, as was this case.
Since that didn't happen, Congress was obliged to reject a law proposal that would have been illegitimate had ir been approved.
I make Judoka7's words my own... I hope we have a chance for a new MPP, but doing things right this time.
