Join the new world

So i have completed my first term as the ADSP Party President. I will be running again for my second term, but before i do, let me point out the improvements i've already made:

1- We have seen the implementation of a true "mini-cabinet" within the ADSP. After a great first term we've seen useful contributions from a number of our promising new members!
2- The successful election of our great and wonderful Ranger Bob to PM (though i must admit, that's truely all Ranger's claim to fame!)
3- Increased co-operation and discussion with the other parties. I've managed to form good ties with the party presidents of the other Australian parties. This is a crucial aspect as party inter-cooperation will help us achieve many goals with making eAustralia the best country in this little world of ours 😃
4- The sucessful start to ADSP advertising however there's a lot more we can do which i'll expand on in a bit.
5- Helping to forge a better more concrete direction for our party to go in.
6- The rebuilding of BADASS gifts which now sees a small income for the ADSP as well being used to train a mini-cabinet member in the "art" of being a great GM 😃 So when buying gifts, remember to buy BADASS 😉
7- The reintroduction of the ADSP lotto, which now has the biggest prize pool we've ever had.
8- The continued growth of the ADSP, both in erep numbers as well as forum numbers. We've also seen an increase in activity on the forums of late and intend to encourage this further.

There are many other things i've done including the moderating of our forums and other smaller tasks.

However we have a LONG way to go and i intend to do my best to ensure the ADSP not only remains the biggest, but the BEST party in eAus.

I plan to :
- grow the mini-cabinet and encourage more activity between party members.
- Start a gifting program offering discounted gifts to ADSP members via 'subscriptions'
- Expand the ADSP Org, by starting up new businesses to help fund our many activities.
- Continue our ADSP Lotto and hopefully grow it further
- Encourage further activity on the ADSP forums, both fun and politicial 😉
- Continue our growing network of active ADSP members, by continuing our growing "friends of ADSP" network as well as encouraging new members to subscibre to the ADSP newsletter, add the ADSP as a friend (for updates via shouts!), grow our forum membership and messaging new ADSP members with information about the party.
- To create and maintain the first up-to-date and totally awesome Party Website operated on the ausrepublik domain
- To further promote inter-party relations and setup an ADSP group dedicated to ensuring continued relations with the other Australian parties is both friendly and productive for the benefit of all 😃
- Create a series of video-orientated tutorials for ADSP members to help them grasp the mechanics of erep (from fighting and healing at the Hospitals through to good GM practises and how to join in on ADSP activities.

As you can see, i have a lot of work to do next term, and with your vote i can ensure all this is done and help cerment the ADSP as the BEST, most AWESOME, totally COOL and most importantly FUN party in all of eAustralia!!
