ONE on the Warpath

If the situation wasn't bad enough for the USA, this happened, and of course this didn't help either. As you can see from the proposed laws, the US will now face 3 opponents, and those 3 opponents are none other then the 3 strongest countries in Erepublik. The main goal of the invaders is not resources, nor some sort of retrebution. The reason is ONE has no one to fight in Europe, Macedonia inhialated Greece and Italy, Serbia hold's a large part of the Balkans, Croatia is in a cage, France can't breath from the relentless Hungarian-Polish attacks, so the only thing left that can pose a more serious challenge is the US. Because of this, it will be pretty hard to predict the path the invaders will take.

Canada's Struggle

We have all seen and are aware of the situation in Canada, attacked by Sweden which currently holds 5 of Canada's original territories, whilst Canada is down to 5 of its original regions, plus the US region of Minnesota. Sweden is now attacking Saskatchewan and currently has the lead and is likely to take that region. On the other hand Canada started a resistance war in Alberta, and has successfully liberated the region. The other resistance war in Canada, the one against the US held region of Manitoba is started by a citizen of Turkey (Pro-ONE) and is started for the purpose of creating a bridge between the Canadian provinces on the west, to the ones on the east, clearing the way for further Swedish advance. As a result the resistance was successfully silenced by the US.

As you can see, Sweden can't make a full on attack, because of Canada's persistant resistance wars, even if Canada takes Saskatchewan (most likely) it will still loose Alberta in the RW, when Sweden attempts to retake Alberta, it will face a RW in Saskatchewan and so on until one side decides to increase its efforts in the war.



Overview of Europe

After Romania was wiped out by the joint forces of Hungary, Poland and Serbia, Romania is finally back on the map, liberating 2 of its regions, Moldova and Muntenia. Farther south a bit, Turkey has begun deleting Bulgaria, it currently holds Plovdiv and Burgas, and is minutes away from conquering Varna. Another ONE country currently doing exceptionally well is Macedonia, it conquered all of Greece's original territories and is now returning the former Greek colonies to its original owners Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

In Western Europe, Poland and Hungary continue their campaign to delete France. France now only has the regions Paris Isle of France, Pays de la Loire and Provence Alpes Azure.



What to expect
With the current developments all around the world, and particularly on the American continent, we can be sure that we have a fun week ahead. The war between the US and Poland, Hungary and Spain will surely prove to be one for the history books, we can expect a lot of influence spilled on the battlefield, and a lot of gold spent. Although with the new food rules ONE has a major advantage, we can still hope for the US to put up a brave fight.
