An hour ago UK recaptured the last region held by Canadians in the latest war fought on the British Isles. Though we have now been “defeated” on paper, Canada is the only and true winner of this war and I wholeheartedly congratulate you. When we look at the goals of the campaign, Canada bashed UK with all they got and crammed humiliation down their throats. Canada’s goal was solely having fun and dick around with UK. I doubt Acacia Mason expected such success when he first attacked Scotland, but as the invasion continued and continued, we got yet another, very heavy proof that UK is indeed the eNation sucking the hardest.

There were literally no expectations of success when Canada attacked alone against UK and all their MPP😒. Yet on August 19th, only 3 British regions remained. It took 24 days to finally shove you guys off from Britain, and the entire Phoenix wasn’t capable of doing it. It took France and the Netherlands to take half of UK in a complicated and unnecessary operation to stop you from invading London. Had Phoenix paid the smallest attention towards their member nation, you could have been stopped way earlier. So in the end, Canada held territories against the entire Phoenix alone for 24 days. This is one of the most successful military appearances in the history of eRepublik.

This war wasn’t fought only for giggles. Canada pushed all the way to the northern parts of Norway, shoved UK from Nord-Norge and opened a way for Finland to pull a friendly wipeout on Norway, who had been PTO:ed and had severe MPP-sets against themselves. Wiping them out cleared these MPP-sets, and once the PTO has been quelled, Norway can once again live in peace. Finland proceeded southwards and cleared the rest of Norwegian territories with the help of some allies from Russians who had established a base there. This opened a possibility for Finland and Norway to forge a deal that will leave Vestlandet, or Valhalla as the Brits used to call it, to the hands of Finland for the end of the year. The oil found from Vestlandet will strengthen the Finnish economy and this move couldn’t have been pulled without your help. On behalf of Finland I thank you. After all, the gods in Valhalla can finally host drinking games with people who can really stand up to the spirits.

In their latest stroke of genius, UK has activated the Spanish MPP😒. We might get back to bashing the Brits sooner than we think.
