ONE agaisnt Sweden

You might have heard about the critical events happening in the Germanic regions of eRepublik lately. The chance that you have is even larger if you're working in ONE or Germany. The following will be my opinions of these happenings.



The Swedish Southern Flank:
Sweden has for a long time felt that their society is dying under ONE's wings, and that the glorious empire has been decresed to a minimal. All attempts to settle down in other regions have been rejected by ONE. As the war with Norway failed, there was only one solution to the problem. Sweden had to act as a freelance. Signing a treaty with Germany quickly helped Sweden stabalize again. Unfortunatly for Sweden, these were ill news to ONE HQ.

ONE is not an alliance:
The reason ONE didn't approve of Sweden's attempts to re-establish themselves, was at the soul cause of greed and injustice. Poland, the notorious eRepublik champs, that has been around the world had decided that German regions were supposed to be theirs, and ONE approved of this. This, my readers, is unfair and removes ONE's right to call themselves an alliance. An alliance reacts to any country's demands, uneffected by size and power.



Betrayal between friends:
Both Poland and Sweden claims to be betrayed now. Yes, Sweden acted outside their alliance, but what Poland did was even worse, and I'm not only refering to the allaince complex! Beyond being a strong and loyal ally, Sweden has done more for Poland, than anyone else! Remember when Poland and Sweden were EDEN? Then you also remember how Poland's greed made them leave the brotherhood, and how Sweden followed after, acting completly on their love and loyality for their Slavic allies. I've never seen Poland do as Sweden did for any country...



TEDEN-Sweden is relevant:
In the picture above you see where Sweden will get their resources from under TEDEN's protection. It's not ten out of ten, but how many countries got that many raws? Sweden has expressed their discomfort in ONE, and EDEN should be neutral on a Swedish application to rejoin the brotherhood, and Norway and Finland would sit with the final desicion! Need I say more than that the Nordic co-operation has been of top quality the previous months?
