Oh lawdy I been here a year

Day 1,088, 04:49 Published in USA USA by Blank Keating

Happy birthday to me! So, I heard that when I play this game for 365 days, it's like an accomplishment. If all accomplishments in the game were based off patience, I'd do pretty well. 😉 I also heard that when I do said accomplishment, I am to write an Academy Award-esque speech thanking those that made the game worth 10 seconds of my time. That's something I can do pretty well, I think. So here it is:

List of awesome people:

Julian Mizu: Without a badass TST6 leader, I surely would've died in February. That would've been tragic. He's supposed to be like a Commanding Officer nowadays or something, I suppose the SEALs are in good hands. Even if the hands smell like Crown Royal and spai tools all day. 😛

Speedcat McNasty: Speedcat was CO of the SEALs for most of my two-clickerdom and my rise to CPO. He's a p cool guy who managed us troublemakers excellently, and for that I thank him.

Josh Frost: Can't mention one cat without the other, can you? Seeing Josh Frost rack up Battle Heroes like a mofo got me interested in the game in the first place, so that's worth a mention in my book.

ligtreb: ligtreb is awesome, but you already knew that unless you've been living under a rock. He's a great writer, community member, and monopoly player. Not only have I learned from his articles, I link to his articles from my articles so other people can learn while they learn. That's quality for you.

Colin Lantrip: I first personally met Colin after getting promoted to CPO in the SEALs, where he was hiding in the roster. It was rather weird telling someone that can do more damage in one battle than I have in my eLife where to fight, but it was no problem because he's a cool guy. Plus, he gave me my first gubmint job. 😃

Fionia: Because we have the greatest love-hate relationship around. Also, she can light you on fire without striking a match.

Astra Kat G: Astra was the first famous person on my friends list to shout my first educational article. RIP

Michael Porter: Is a good forum mod.

Justin McCravok: Great SoI, if I do say so myself.

PigInZen: Was a cool president, is a cool guy.

Rod Damon: Was correct.

Candor: He's a brilliant bastard. His party will probably become the sole authoritarian government someday.

Syrup: For supporting the DoE with your orgnet. You done good.

Pfeiffer: For being an antagonist to my protagonist.

Emerick: Saved America before I got here or something.

CRoy: He's after me Lucky Charms. In more ways than one.

Hinokai and Tim Holtz: Best eAustralians I met overseas.

The SEALs: I'm sorry I don't have the capacity to write funny lines for all of you. Animis, Jackson, Zyria, Schem, SGGHays, my trainees in the Nighthawks, all of you magnificent bastards. You are all for sure the cool kids club.

The USWP: Because they ran me for congress! 🙂

TPE and it's Directors: I always liked this project. Go support it. It's run by a 3 foot tall pimp right now.

Everyone who has ever voted, subbed, or shouted one of my articles: I love you forever.

Damien Wolf: For being a super attentive friend 😃

Corpses: To those that helped me and died after V2. ;_;

Assorted Dioists: The ones who did awesome things here before becoming Pakis. I'm sorry I call you morons sometimes.

chickensguys: God wouldn't have created insults if there wasn't going to be a target.

Professor Oak: It is a cool name.

rainy sunday: I heard you save the best for last too, so one of the most enjoyable and respectable people I've met in eRepublik ever would have to be Rainy. Rainy is a superb person and player on so many counts I can't count them, and I'm glad I get to work with such an awesome player. (and she better come back soon!) 😁

What the admins used to use for ticket answering, before I pointed out that it was my cake.

The eUSA is a colorful community and I'm glad to be part of it, even if the game changes suck sometimes. Oh, and if I forgot you, it's only because you weren't as important as chickensguys and corpses.

Sincerely,
Blank Keating
