eUSA Presidential Election Results

President scrabman has succeeded in securing his third term in the eUS elections. Out of 3382 voters during this election cycle, nearly 50% voted for scrabman. Kyle321n had a very strong showing, trailing scrabman by only 272 votes.

Election Results from eSpain

This election cycle, eSpain was successful in pooling together as a unified government against the threatened Hungarian political takeover in the Spanish election by throwing support toward one candidate, Charrito, who was able to secure 999 votes with nearly 79% of votes cast, foiling the possibility of any PTO attempt. While eRepublik only allows 1 person to president, Charrito will celebrate Spain’s victory in a “triumvirate” representing 3 Spanish political parties, and 3 “co-presidents” who will also consist of Durruti and Siddy. We look forward to our continued great relationship with our trusted ally. Viva espana!

Election Results from eIreland

In the eIreland elections, we are pleased to congratulate Nithraldur in winning his reelection, winning by 18 votes. We look forward to a continued growing friendship with eIreland and wish the people of eIreland prosperity and success!

Elections Results from eIndonesia

In the presidential election of eIndonesia, the subject of a political takeover attempt from Romania and former ATLANTIS allies, a lot of PEACE would-be PTOers seemed to have stayed in eIndonesia so that they would not be taken over themselves. Indonesia was successful in electing Masila as their president, with the Indonesian Defensive Socialist party remaining in power. Some may see it as a failure but, if enough PEACE voters were concerned enough to stay home to vote instead of participate in a PTO of our allies while they also got to choose their own candidate, then we can say that this was a success.

Reduction of Import Taxes on Moving Tickets

In an Election Day passage, Congress has voted in favor of lowering import taxes to 1% on moving tickets to promote trade among allies and foster an economic relationship with other countries, which will set a precedent for the future alliances of eUSA.
