Official Statement of Slovak Governement concerning Lower Austria

Dear Italians,

On behalf of Slovak Government I'd like to express how much We are disappointed with acts of your government. Few weeks ago our country prepared operation to take Lower Austria and We were very close to achieve our goal. (We owned this region once, swapped by Poland in one of it's military operations; We have also established many grain companies). However italian attack was faster so We went to your official asking them to transfer region to us. First answer was "not now". We were asked to wait few days, because "Italy wants to compensate it's expenses". After many days We started another round of negotiations. But We were asked once again to postpone negotiations with an simple information: "help us in Bavaria, then We'll free region for you". After Bavaria battle slovak representative contacted your president, asking him again to finish the deal. Answer was "yes" and the amount of gold (additional compensation for Italy) was set up. However within some minutes your president declared this is only his own approval and he needs to ask italian ministers, because "he's not a dictator". After few hours Slovakia get another answer. Simply: NO.

Wasn't it Italy who asked France (and Hungary?) to rent them Rhone Alps "because France has 2 High Wood regions"? Wasn't that reason for treason of PHX? Now you have 3 High Grain regions. 1. Your Own. 2. Bavaria. 3. Lower Austria. Isn't that a klind of hypocrisy how your government (or just a president) act?

We were presented with another argument - "income" coming from LA companies. However in my opinion the amount of gold wasn't realistic, We expressed that half of the companies are our companies. So these taxes comes from us and if We'll close these companies your LA income will dramatically go down. Answer was... no answer.

We won't let our companies go. Please think about it.

on behalf of Slovak Government
