Official Appointment of Spokesman of Defence

I have appointed Paklion as Spokesman of Defence. He will now speak for the ministry. To clear any sort of misunderstanding, appointing a spokesman does not mean I am lazy or not confident enough to speak for the Minitry myself, rather I am appointing a spokesman for the following reasons:

1) The spokesman will gain more experience and confidence in political affairs and military affairs
2) All members of the ministry are paid to do the job so they can get richer and equips themselves better reducing poverty rate
3) Some people like to envolve in political and military affairs but not all receive cabinet positions so members of the ministry can envolve in political affairs.

I need more citizens to join the ministry. You will be paid daily and will get a chance to involve in political and military affairs.

Plus Paklion would be now write articles on my behalf.
