Habiendo recuperado en un buen tiempo el territorio que una ves Chile nos quito y a la ves recuperando otros territorios de nuestra patria haciendo ver que no somos un pais que no se deja vencer facilmente una ya haber batallado incansablemente en tantas contiendas esta a su ves dejamos de lado el echo que no pudimos mantener tantas batallas al mismo tiempo perdiendo asimismo de nuevo nuestros territorios a manos Peruanas y Paraguayas nos subestiman pensando que nos qudaremos con las manos crusadas nuestro error fue tratar de recuperar los territorios de ambos lados sin tener reservas militares disponibles ahora viendo el pasado no dejemos de lado la historia eBoliviana y de esta misma aprender de nuestros errores tacticos si bien ya sea dentro de un mañana el poder recuperar nuestros territorios y hacer entender a nuestros agresores que tarde o temprano les iremos a invadir tambien y que tendran que pensar 2 veces si desean de nuevo querer usurpar nuestro territorio que nos corresponde por derecho unanime.
Ya habiendo por ver mas alla saber cuando batallemos en mejores dias y cuando esperar al enemigo les estaremos esperando con todo el puño de hierro levantado en frente y con gran poder.
