What do I plan to do for the Yukon??

HEALTHCARE
I plan on doing all I can to bring a hospital to the Yukon, I feel the great people of the Yukon deserve to fight and heal from their own province.

SAFTEY
I wish to bring a defense system to the Yukon so if it is attacked it has the added defense bonus.
