NS MoF Update - מגן לאומי עדכון ממשרד האוצר [HEB/ENG]

Hello dear citizens of Israel, it’s your MoF Rickolas with a few updates about the National Shield Tournament.

First things first, I would like to ask all the congress members who are yet to donate their medal to do so as soon as possible. Donating your medal is always a very important thing, but now more than ever the state needs that money. Because of the cypriot occupation we may lose most of our income from taxes as well as congress medals, as we might not have a congress or regions.
You should also remember that any congress member who doesn’t donate his medal and gets into the black list, will be put as low as possible on his party’s congress list, and won’t receive anything from the state.
Donating your medal is easy, simply find the orgs offer at the MM (100G per cc) and take a screenshot of your donation, there’s also the option of donating it to me so that I’ll transfer it to the org.

Now to the matter at hand, the “National Shield” Tournament.
In this Tournament countries will receive gold based on their citizen’s performances in it. Because our communities activity is the most important thing in this event, the government has decided to give out Gold prizes to the 30 eIsraelis that have helped their country (and themselves) the most!
The prizes will be as such:
As you can see the country will get a substantial amount of money, even if we’ll only reach 100% or 125%.

On a different subject I’d like to apologize for not yet releasing a mid term Financial Report, I’ll publish one soon. I find transparency one if not the most important job of the government, it helps in keeping the community active, and is also simply our job.


שלום אזרחי ישראל היקרים, זה שר האוצר שלכם ריקולס עם כמה עדכונים בנוגע לתחרות "המגן הלאומי".

קודם כל ארצה לבקש מכל חברי הקונגרס שעוד לא תרמו את המדליה שלהם לתרום אותה בהקדם האפשרי. תרומת המדליה שלכם היא תמיד דבר חשוב, אך בזמנים אלה המדינה צריכה את הכסף הזה יותר מתמיד. בגלל הכיבוש הקפריסאי אנו עלולים להפסיד חלק גדול מההכנסות שלנו ממיסים כמו גם ממדליות קונגרס, משום שישנה סכנה ממשית שלא יהיו לנו קונגרס או שטחים.
כמו כן כדאי לכם לזכור שחבר קונגרס שלא יתרום את המדליה שלו ויכנס לרשימה השחורה, יוצב במקום הנמוך ביותר ברשימה של מפלגתו ולא יקבל יותר מאומה מהמדינה.
תרומת המדליה שלכם פשוטה ביותר, כל מה שצריך לעשות הוא למצוא את ההצעה של הארגון בשוק המטבעות (100 זהב לשקל) ולקחת תמונת מסך של התרומה שלכם, אתם יכולים גם לתרום את המדליה אלי כדי שאעביר אותה לארגון.

עכשיו לעניין שלשמו נכתבה כתבה זו, תחרות "המגן הלאומי".
בתחרות הזו מדינות יקבלו זהב על בסיס ביצועיהם של אזרחי המדינות בתחרות.
משום שהפעילות של קהילתנו היא הדבר החשוב ביותר באירוע הזה, הממשלה החליטה לחלק פרסים ל30 האי-ישראלים שעזרו למדינה (ולעצמם) הכי הרבה!
הפרסים יחולקו בצורה כזו:
כמו שאפשר לראות המדינה צפויה גם להכניס סכום משמעותי, אפילו אם נגיע רק ל100% או 125%.

בנוסף ארצה להתנצל על קח שעדיין לא שחררתי דו"ח כללי לאמצע הקדנציה, אני אפרסם אחד בקרוב. אני מאמין כי שקיפות היא אחת אם לא העבודה החשובה ביותר של הממשלה, השקיפות עוזרת להשאיר את השחקנים והקהילה פעילים, כמו גם שזו פשוט האחראיות שלנו.
