Now What?

Day 673, 12:49 Published in USA USA by Chris Stanwick

This article is a bit different than those I’ve written recently, but I was inspired by George Barker’s thread, Choices, on the US forum. He highlighted the difference between Indonesia and the US in regards to their relationship with their neighbors and the New World. Now that PEACE has almost been cast back into the sea and off American soil, the nation as a whole needs to ask…Now What?

Unfortunately, Canada’s war against Hungary does not include any of their allies, meaning that the US will either have to declare war on Hungary or move soldiers to Canada to assist them in retaking their regions. Either way, this should be the US’s first priority once it is whole again. Canada sacrificed herself helping the US in the early weeks of the war, a debt that the US must pay by assisting in the ousting of Hungary.

After Canada is whole again, both nations need time to recover from the effects of the war, namely in rebuilding infrastructure and the national treasury. One benefit of the war is that it completely wiped the slate clean in terms of infrastructure, which means that there is no longer any excuse for citizens to languish in a region that does not have a Q5 hospital just because it has a hospital period. None of the regions have hospitals, except Florida. Only Q5 hospitals should be placed, with the population concentrated in those regions.

Once infrastructure has been placed and the treasury is healthy again, the US should turn toward its enemies and gain the respect that it deserves. It is pointless attacking Mexico, Colombia, or the UK for they do not have any resources of value. Hit PEACE where it counts - take away their toys and either keep them or return them to their original owners.

Indonesia: Northern Cape, Western Australia, Karnataka, and Western Siberia.
Hungary: Heilongjiang, North-Caucasus, and Switzerland.
Iran: Jharkhand, Liaoning, and the Indian regions.
Liberate North Korea under its own government.
Deal PEACE a blow where it hurts, their economy. Take away the high production regions they stole from other nations. Not only will the US gain the respect and admiration of the nations that receive their conquered regions back, but the respect of the entire world.

With Indonesia and Hungary attacked directly, their grasp on PEACE will be eroded. Work with AHA and Sol to free them from the dominance of the PEACE leadership. Remind them that they are not pawns, but sovereign nations and alliances that have more to offer the world than PEACE allows. Let the United States earn the respect of the world by using imperialism and aggressive tactics to free oppressed nations from the thumb of PEACE.
