NOT SO GREAT - New Housing IMPORT Tax Law

Here is what the new Housing Tax Law has done:

Place slightly more expensive houses on the market but not too many!

What it will do:
1. Put more ZAR into the hands of corporations that are not South African based – Not Good and not what we want!!!
2. Cause more of a problem getting people in SA to work in other industries – in the long run should somebody with intelligence not go and change it soon.
3. Should these Corporations that sell houses here be located in a high wood region and thus being able to under cut locally produce houses to an extent that we cant continue manufacturing you the citizens of SA will end up without work and they WILL raise their prices again later so YOU LOOSE X2

People we are trying to build a strong economy this does not happen over night it will take some time but if we do it right we will be great!

So lets keep it REAL and only buy LOCAL after all local is LEKKER ne.

To people who voted YES on the new bill THANKS FOR MAKING IT MORE DIFFICULT FOR US THAT WORK IN THE HOUSING INDUSTRY TRYING TO BRING HOMES TO SOUTH AFRICANS AND BUILDING LOCAL SKILL.

CHECK FIRST TO SEE IF THE COMPANY YOU ARE BUYING FROM IS SOUTH AFRICAN BASED IF THEY ARE BUY IT THEY’RE NOT DON’T BUY BOYCOTT THIS NEW LAW!
