Q: First of all, am I qualified?
A: If you are at least level 12 and have Norwegian citizenship you are already qualified!

Q: That sounds too easy. I've never been in politics before. Am I really qualified?
A: You are still qualified as long as you want to help do what is best for Norway. You are not intruding; you are actually filling a demand. Norway needs you.
Q: What does a Congress Member do?
A: The bare minimum: collect five gold each month and do absolutely nothing, missing out on EXP. It is unlikely to win this way, but unfortunately people still get away with this and Norway suffers because of it.

Q: Nice, I get gold and experience?
A: Yes. You earn 5 gold (circa 450 NOK) and free Experience Points on each official proposal you vote on. In addition, you get 20 EXP for winning the congress elections!

Q: Why Teknokratene?
A: Teknokratene has served Norway the longest and holds the most political and game experience out of every party in the country.
A: We are active on IRC and the forums and love to help people learn how to help Norway. (If we didn't, why would we bother writing this article?)
A: Most importantly, we encourage cooperation with all talented individuals regardless of party affiliation. Even under other parties' administrations, the well-respected Teknokratene still hold prestigious political positions.

A: Relax, my dear. You will learn many things your first term. Eventually you will get the feel for it and everything will start feeling natural.

3. You will receive free moving tickets and easy-to-follow instructions on how and where to run for congress to ensure your victory.
Lastly, by talking to us and receiving gifts and advice, we will also give you first priority over the limited congress seats. We would rather support a candidate we know than a stranger who has never tried talking to us! By using this philosophy, Norway can depend on Teknokratene to have the most active and informed congress members every term.
It is a rewarding and personally satisfying experience. The more confidence and promise you show the citizens with your abilities, you will eventually reach higher positions of responsibility and power including the presidency!
