North Korea is indeed Best Korea. pt.2

Day 703, 08:51 Published in USA USA by Sleeve

Sleeve is a seal.

Soon after my trip to Pyongan, a friend wrote me and told me about Josh Frost starting his own paramilitary organization. My strength was and still is mediocre, despite this I was able to join. Fresh from my new experience in exercising my voting to assist an ally, I was then sent out in a military capacity. This was new to me, traveling and fighting in another nation that is.

If you have read my first article or knew of my zeal for liberating N.Korea, you could understand my excitement when I find out that the first few missions we were assigned to in the seals were to fight in resistance wars in Ryanggang and Pyongan. Not only was I participating in a military unit, I was making a difference(or attempting to) in pursuit of goals that I had strong personal conviction for.

For those who cannot relate I shall try to make a simple comparison. You ask an attractive woman out. Not only does she excitedly find this a good idea she insists that you two stay in and watch some movies instead of going out and spending money on a fancy dinner or show. On her arrival at your place with no previous discussion on the topic, you find out that she had brought two of your favorite movies and a case of your brand of beer. For the females out there please switch; woman for dude, and beer for cupcakes/ice cream. Are we on the same page now? Good.

Sleeve likes being a seal.

I admit, funding people with mediocre strength in a fight is not efficient on the basis of the damage done. If you can look beyond this for a moment and realize that stats help in a fight, but they are not the only factor. The terms 'Baby Boom' and 'Rage Quits' come to mind. We have Organizations that feed, move and try to mentor newbies. In my opinion the seals are akin to these groups as well as to the military. Not only is this Organization a military unit, it teaches lower level players like myself the fun and potential that we can have if we stick with the game.

Sleeve likes being a seal, and has become more involved and invested in the game because of it.

Activity and participation is the foil to the Beta Tank Strength Gods that seem to own every single battle. In having lower standards for strength and high standards for participation, Josh Frost shows insight. I am very glad to be part of his group.
