Next Presidential Elections

First off I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays.

I will not be running for a second term. I suggest the parties come up with some good candidates for e-President.

I really could not accomplish much of what I wanted to do. I have been running an ad campaign for new citizens and seen some response.

Kryte and I went over the budget and Singapore is doing quite well financially. However we still have no wargames nor any reasonable chance to join any. Sol wargames seem to be the only ticket in town.

We have been trying to keep the SGD stable but raising the price to .022 seems to following the market forces at work. Keeping it artificially low would only result in a devalued currency or rampant price fluctuations and profiteering by those who have currency to sell. The bank has enough currency to keep the SGD stable for the foreseeable future.

The Army is functioning at a very professional level. I am very proud of our armed forces and hope the next administration keeps the current high readiness levels.

I do have a firm offer of a Q4 defense system on the table for a huge discount. The arguments against such a system are not convincing when compared to the very slight price being asked. I doubt we could fund more than one serious tank for a little over 100 gold or the price of a single MPP for a month.

I wish to thank my administration for working behind the scenes to make Singapore a better place to live and work.

Above all I wish to thank everyone for working so hard to keep Singapore running smoothly.
