Newspaper of the Month(October 2014)


Yes the tittle says it...


Here i will highlight one of the newspapers that are to be commended for there work or at least for the effort they try to do.
I will give a short summary describing that paper and why this one was chosen.
And if possible(if the newspaper-owner agrees to it) i'll give a very...very short interview with its creator.


The newspaper is:

Most recent article: A new military unit is emerging ... Olympus Belgicae Academy !

This newspaper has a wide range of subjects from plain fun and trolling up to educational and statistics. It has also some political and military articles on occasion. And of-course we can not forget the Beaver cult. 🙂


Interview with newspaper owner/editor:

Question: Could you tell me why you started this newspaper?
Answer: I started my newspaper because it's a funny part of the game. My first article was about translations. I found that the actually articles that are just in English make from this game a game just for English speaking players. Today also I think that we need more translations, but I don't do it because it doesn't help if I'm the only who do it.

Question: How do you feel about the negative comments on your articles? Does it effect your articles you write after that?
Answer: I don't have a lot of negative comments, but I love troll the guys who write it whit some humor.

Question: What are your future plans for your newspaper?
Answer: I will continue the every month statistics, because I find it important to show some "not visible" parts of the game. I will also write a lot of educational articles (which can be statistics also) for a future project.

Question: Anything else you wish to share here? Last words, advice or promoting something...
Answer: Be prepared for anything new in eBelgium, and I will be the first to publish it
