Newspaper does not open!?

Have You noticed that some of newspapers sometimes does not open at first try. You have to refresh page few times to open some of newspapers. That is the case not only with my newspaper, I noticed that same thing in some other papers.

What is the reason for this? I really don`t know. Maybe it is browser, maybe is eRepublic server, but for sure it`s not network connection. And how I`m gonna have my MM medal with this problem?
