Just leave the vCP position empty. It has effectively been for the past weeks, so why not just leave it empty?
Whatever you decide, we'll be extra strict on any new vCP. If we get the feeling he's not seriously doing his job, we probably won't like him either.
I am sure if you ask Walhallah nicely he will be able to help you out. He made a great VP last term.
Does he frequent irc? You cant replace a CP if youre not on the main medium for international communication. That's a real reason for impeachment imo.

not that im applying, but clearly im there more often than the previous two VP's 😉
Neither is being part of the National MU and being able to communicate via the in game chat room, if you want to serve your country in the best possible way.
we have a chat room it's called IRC. if you want to play any important part in military, politics, etc. attendance is mandatory there.
