HAIFA, PHILIPPINES (?) - The Philippines successfully liberated the region of Haifa in an independence war against Malaysia 7 hours ago, according to the Latest Events section of my eRepublik Home page.

"I find this incident incredibly odd because Haifa is a region of Israel, and has never been part of either Malaysia or the Philippines," said Philippine National Defense Secretary Swagger McSwag.

"Nonetheless, I commend the Armed Forces of the Philippines for their valiant effort to free Haifa from the evil clutches of their Malaysia overlords," he continued.

In reaction to McSwag's statements, Sol Security Council representative-emeritus and former Malaysian President Nagyzee retorted, "What the (expletive) are you talking about?"
