Greetings fellow e-indians!!!

I've a declaration to make on behalf of the Indian government.
You see the current cabinet is working pretty hard like our predecessors to improve E-india and increase the activity level for all citizens. India isn't as sucessful as it should be in this game and this is largely due to our lack of players. India has one of the largest community of netizens in the world, yet we're lagging behind. New players join and then gradually loose interest in the game all thanks to the wonderful business strategy of our beloved Plato.



So, I'm here to announce that the government is initiating the NEW WARRIORS initiative. This program is strictly for our newbies and as for our older players please don't be disappointed as we have something in store for you as well.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Strictly division I players

2. Shouldn't have all training grounds upgraded

3. Less than equal to 5000 strength

Please do signup for this program. The government will provide guidance, food, weapons and other necessities for you. And there will be a surprise for the people who manage to impress the government, a surprise that will change a lot about your position in this game.
