Hi,

To all people who are new to the game. This is what doesn't work (anymore):
What: Donation to the state
Where: http://www.erepublik.com/en/country/society/Netherlands -> donation
Reason: Just broken
Time: Few months

What: The Erepublik forum
Where: Popping up on downtime-page and was only recently removed

Reason: No idea... Maybe too much spam / not enough moderators
(there was a chat also earlier, but was badly implemented from day one. IRC is officially used for some time already)

What: Tickets
Where: Still being sold ingame
Reason: Replaced by a small fee to move. Probably getting too difficult, since there were too many choices
Time: Ages ago

What: Hospitals and defense systems
Where: Still visible ingame
Reason: Free health means less gold sold probably, since there are ways to buy health nowadays (bars and 0.5gold 10%+)
Time: Ages ago

What: Broken links x3
Where: Where an ingame/external link can be placed
Reason: Bug - ingame article are seen as 'exploit', &-sign is wrongly replaced by & which not always working and completely empty shouts sometimes when using links
Time: Not that long ago, but still annoying

What: 'Alert' for party shout doesn't show correct shout
Where: Party-shout, an alternative is to go back to homepage and to the last party-shout manually.
Reason: Bug since implementation
Time: Couldn't check if it is still there, but not long ago it was still wrong

What: Proposing battle as commander does nothing. Maybe someone can prove me wrong, but the checks earlier at a captain showed no 'proposed battle'.
Where: MU - as a commander
Reason: Bug, maybe it never worked.

What: Report at 'messages' doesn't report, but just delete it. I don't have proof, but this is what I heard some time ago. If you really want to report, make a screenshot and make a real ticket.

There are many other strange things/choices, like not being able to sell the companies given from the quest (no good reason given when trying, so confusing), short media exposure (especially annoying for small countries with less articles), crappy search (just users, no media), 'Coming Soon' at special items (no interesting stuff added for ages), not being able to set the battle as commander, no easy moving of members of MU, strange rules that you cannot resign a company for some days or be run for captain when you join a MU for example and on other places (not clear at least for almost all people), not being able to create a normal message in shout as commander (only an 'official' order). Too bad that changes are badly implemented, not maintained and badly removed when obsolete always.
