My old plan of abolishing military funding was faced with stiff USAF opposition. Who would of guessed. So I decided to think of something else that did not affect USAF in anyway.
Basically a transfer of funding
The OMS Funding of 136k a month will go to meals on wheels.
Meals on wheels will lift its limits and allow anyone to be eligible to request, except usaf,the 5% of our population getting 50% of our monthly revenue. Former militia funded people will be allowed to request and non funded people can too. If your in a military unit, a special bonus for you. Like an extra tank or 50 more wellness. This ensures all those who wish to fight, and need food to fight can.
I don't know the exact amount of food militias used to get, but I hope it will be the same with this new plan. Also other militias that I don't think that are currently funded; AED, lib militia, defense, revoulutionary army. All there soldiers can get food too. As well as people not in any military unit.

Or the non funded militias can apply for OMS and people not in a militia or army can join one.
Or we could abolish the official mil and just fund private militias, according to OMS rules of course. No funding without full accountablity.
What about non militia they should get something, but militia should get slightly more and hopefully that encourages people.

yeah Im pretty sure if the 1500+ fighters everyday wanted to join usaf they would of. Try and convince eUS mil to join usaf and apply for oms funding
