Great for us... hoping new great feature to come 🙂

Madrid, Spain-based eRepublik, makers of what the startup refers to as a ‘massive online social strategy game’ (MOSS), has just raised €2 million - approx. $2.8 million - in Series A funding from AGF Private Equity. The company had previously raised up to €750,000 in seed funding from the VC firm and a host of angel investors, bringing the total invested to €2.75 million or a little over $3.8 million.

I think that the business model is still a little undefined... I don't think people would pay to play unless the premium services offered will be very very good

Thats interesting to here, in its current state, it'd be hard to actually pay anything to keep playing this game 😕

I agree that the game is not worth anything to pay; so the company would need to find other ways to make money. Humm think about it we have what 1 million plus members (I know my numbers are off) and there is advertisers that would pay to have a group that is devoted to a special product or service that if their product or service can be utilized by the gaming community then they would pay to put an ad Money Money Money. Money means more features and the game continuing to grow and again more players more money from advertisers.

Get the idea Admin and owners of the game. (Yes my real job is in the marketing field)

there arent that many members. theres only 10 people playing in indonesia...
