http://img.webme.com/pic/e/eczech-eng/beliy_dlina_20.bmp" />Practice is everyday life of the state: economy, military science, social structure of a society. Besides the congressman is the citizen of the eCzech Republic who has followed a political way and, probably, sometime become the minister or the president. The president as well as the cabinet should have fine theoretical and practical experience of country management.

It can be reached by distribution of additional ministerial duties between congressmen. Each person has the interests. In this case, the democratic approach at a choice of interests will be kept. Each congressman will have a choice between the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Economics and the ministry of social development (immigration).

The minister himself defines, who from congressmen, when and how can help him with the decision of problems. But the congress is only "smithy" of the political power. All responsibility for correctness of performance of the task lies on the minister, not on the congressman. However any achievements as well as failures in performance of new functions will be the indicator of the songressman’s competence.
