I've noticed the change in food prices too, but it doesn't seem THAT bad.

If Scoty's prepared to personally subsidise the industry out of his own pocket then he can whinge. If he wants to establish a line of lossmaking Q1 grain eBusinesses then he can. But how dare he demand that everybody owning a Q1 grain eBusiness make losses for his Communistic ideals.

I did the sums & they say one thing, that 50c isn't a sustainable price. I know this because I did the sums yesterday as I looked at buying a Q1 grains eBusiness & the sums ended up in the red.

Communism is red, eBusiness losses & bankrupcy are red, Scoty's policies are red, say no to red.

and even if it is a sustainable price. So what?
It is up to the buyer to decide what grain is worth.

Everyone should know that if Q1 food is higher than a skill 0 wage something is really wrong and our economy is screwed.

Actually if you compare AUD, lvl 0 and lvl 1 wages and food prices converted into gold next to say IDR - they're pretty much on par.

Wages are higher and so are food prices - both by about 50% so all that's happening in international terms is that the AUD is worth less.

There is also a demand issue here that those who dived into higher quality food would now be understanding.
When there are wargames on you don't need anything more than Q1 food - hence the shortage. In fact if you don't eat, work and train, it just means one less fight before you go to the hospital to get back to 100 points wellness.
So the only ppl hurting here are first week players, who should be helped by their GM's, and high Q food company owners.

The war games are an organized battle between Argentina and Chile, that we can fight in to improve our wellness and fighting rank.

I'll message you with full instructions when you reach lvl 5, which is the min lvl to fight.

You need to be level 5 to be able to fight 🙂.

To get the full benefit of fighting, I suggest you to travel to NSW and stay here. this is so that you can get a 50 wellness bonus after you fight. (this bonus can only be used once a day)

Here is how you fight:

go to my place -army - active war- change the global thing into Australia, there will be a fight between Chile and Argentina.
Once your level 5, click on detail, join battle and fight ONCE (since your wellness is 43 something).

Then go to My place - profile and if your in NSW, click that link, and you should see a heal link once you fought. Heal and you get instant 50+ wellness.

I dont suggest you to fight again until the next battle occurs. That way you can keep high wellness as well as fight 3 times or even 4 next time. and heal to bring yourself into the 90+ wellness level.

I disagree with prices jumping more if minimum wage was increased. Who really only makes 1 AUD? Anyone dumb enough to work that cheap needs to look for a new job. They're listed right now as high as 1.65 AUD for a Q1 company.

Where are you people getting your thoughts from? The clear blue sky? Seriously, who is making 1 AUD a day? I will gladly give them another AUD every day for the next 3 days till they have enough skill to make 2+ AUD on their own. lol...

Do not take everything these people say as gospel. Be a smart man and VERIFY everything for yourself. These people talk just to hear themselves talking.

I agree 100% on raising the New Citizen Fee. How many new citizens do we get in a day? It says 20 today. That's 100 more AUD if it goes from 5 AUD to 10 AUD per citizen. The May 2009 Budget shows that we are spending 444 Gold and 85,000 AUD this month. Can we scrap up an extra 600 AUD for these poor people somewhere? lol... REALLY 🙂

@Guy: We could raise the minimum fee, but the problem still will remain as the players will know that the new players get more money. The prices will still raise up as those players have more to spend on.

The aim is to reduce the amount spent, instead of increasing everything.

The problem with you is that you see black and white, those who agree with you and those who does not. You attack those who disagree with your point of view soo strongly that they are forced to take a side merely to defend themselves.

Start seeing the grey areas please.

wait i just did a check on food prices job wages and min fee and realised something highest lvl 0 job for q1 company is 1.52 aud and tax would take 1-2 cents away and q1 food is 1.49-151 currently and min fee is 5 aud right and your only a skill zero for 2 days and you stay at company for three days so then you quit and get a skill 1 job for 2.50 around so you will be able to afford to live with the wages and min fee at the start

What the big problem is, is not telling everyone to move to the only place with a hospital before attacking, im stuck at 28 wellness because no one told me, and now Idk what to do.

This is what you can come to EXPECT from our current leadership. Elections are coming. I ADVISE you do not vote for them or SRG91.

Anyone wanting to critisize Scoty, and what he has done as MoI or thinks that they can do a better job than I will should be putting forward a case to the PM outlining what you have done for the economy of eAustralia, and what you want to do in the future. How you will balance profitable company's for business owners as well as keeping products affordable for citizens. It's not as easy as you think. I applaud you Scoty for what you have done, especially as you havn't just been MoI, but dPM as well!!!

Bring it on... Let's see who wants this more than me and thinks they can do it better than me!!!
