总统已经向国会提交了一份新的内阁名单供内阁讨论。新任命还没有正式对外发布。
重要的一点说明是这次新任命的部长有10天试用期，10天后由国会来决定去留。
我不再担任外交部长；原外交部部长助理Tonystm出任新的外交部长。我相信他能做 好这个位置的工作。evilcherry不再担任福利部长,jiqimaono2不再 担任教育部长；shaka出任新组建的福利教育部部长，上月他在论坛上对福利部提出的 建议令人印象深刻。希 望他能把他上月对福利和教育问题提出的很多建议想法亲自去实现。

President aliao has proposed a new cabinet list to Congress.
New Mnisters come from many different Partys.

Minister of Finance: zippy cr (Jian Shang Party)
Minister of National Defense: FireInYourHole
Minister of Foreign Affairs: Tonystm (People's Republik Party)
Minister of Welfare and Education: wangxiaoyaII (NewSMTH)
Minister of Infomation Service: shawkcn (Saturn Community)
Prime Minister: Saint William (China Democratic Party)
The important point is, every new Minister has a ten-day probation. After ten days, Congress will vote to determine who can pass the period of probation.

I ended my three MOFA terms and finally find time to have a rest in last three months. I appreciate that all of you helped me get along. But I will still serve as a Congressman.
Tonystm will be new MOFA of eChina. He has worked as Assistant to MOFA for a long while and has enough experience to do his job. Tonystm is a RL Chinese, and lives in Sweden now. He can communicate with you in Chinese, English, Swedish or something else.🙂 I believe he can do better.

evilcherry and jiqimaono2 ended their mandates to be Minister of welfare and Minister of Education. WangxiaoyaII (he has another name "saintshaka" in official forum) will take in charge of newly emerged Ministry of Welfare and Education. He raised many suggestions to Ministry of Welfare in forum last month and this month he is Minister. It is a good start.

Do you agree to transfer 1250 CNY from the country accounts to Ministry of Welfare?

Because of companies owned by Ministry of Welfare are lack of money.
To maintain the national companies' running, Congressman deathdeity raised an proposal to give Ministry of Welfare a one week supply, 1250 CNY.
And the number is calculated by new Minister of Welfare.
In some days, new Minister of Welfare will submit a whole budget of Ministry of Welfare.

这个提案是在福利部交接过程中针对福利企业流动资金行将枯竭的一个紧急预算提案，并非 是针对整个月份的预算。1250CNY这个数字是由新福利部长测算之后给出的一周运行 费用。之后他会提交另一份福利部整体的预算案。

目前该紧急提案已经获得25票支持，看来可以通过。

当然，退出政府之后，我还会继续做议员。
