1. National Guard 1 - 24 lvl 0 XP
2. Soldiers 25 - 29 lvl 5.000 XP
3. Special Forces 30 - 36 lvl 25.000 XP
4. Tanks 37 lvl+ 60.000 XP

now you have 4 sectors in game
and if 4 sector win and others lose you will lose battle
