Nemesis official announcement to the Brazilian Government/Congress

Hello,

After the last events, I need to clarify the actions we done trough an official article behalf of Nemesis.

Before I start I need to underline that Nemesis action has no sort of connection with Romania! Nemesis acted on its own and with no sort of order behalf of MoD from Romania. Please do not mix Romania in the action of Nemesis! Below I will consider talks directly to the Gouverment/ Congress of Brasil without giving names.

History Nemesis in Brasil:

Everything began on the 4th of april 2011 when you approved for the first time cs for Nemesis leadership ( page 160-161 at approved applications ) . From that moment day after day , week after week, MU members recieved cs's untill the majority of Nemesis became a part of Brasil. In that period there was no official requierments for this aim.

Troughout this period we tryed to make an image for ourself, for you to get to know us better and be assured that we did not came to your country with negative toughts ( as some romanians are knowed in some countrys ) ; Therefor we denied the MU members to enter the politics, create PTO's or God knows what other ugly things. On the contrary , we desired to reward the trust we recieved and helped Brasil: We helped in important battles, donated FREE Q5 hospitals to be used in strategic reg. , therefor we recieved official thanks in that period : Thank you Nemesis , we helped and keep on helping the economic growth day by day sending from taxes tens of thousands of CC to the Brasilian state . Many times we equiped from own money so that Brasil will not loose epic fights....many soldiers having at their personal profile milions of damage given for Brasil.

We remained here when Brasil had 100% bonuses, also when Brasil was wiped by ONE, even if we had the posibility to move in other countries .

Returning to our recent history...

In the close past, I applied for br cs from the position of USA cs. I wrote msgs to the Congress Council , wich handles cs....I knew what were the rulles so I followed them strictly...official ticket, forms, etc

To my awe, after all I've done for Brasil, you didn't managed in 5 days to approve my request. You explained to me wich was the cause ( technical one ) and I've understood....coming to the conclusion that I have to apply a second time...message delivered.... no answer... after 3 days I lost my patience and nervs and I told you that I do not need your cs.

I had enough to ask for it 8 days in a row....behalf of you no reaction....I was extremly annoyed , you have givin me your word and I believed you.... I always went on trust and loyalty...it is correct that you had no obligation towords me to give me cs ( im a stranger just like any other for you) but at least you could not promis.

For me and my people the most important is the word given and then broken!


Present

All began with the finding , wich is by chance, that EmperorMarcus succeded sneaking in and candidate for congress.
That was my only chance to show to brasilians once again that not all people deserve to be treated the same, even if they are romanians! Therefor I decided in common agree with my MU to help him with votes to enter the congress....YES, you can say Nemesis did politics for the first time in Brasil.....just to show you that to do a good you need to start with the wrong!

What surprised me the most, was that , seeing the fight in the RW where EmperorMarcus was running, and we fighting for Brasil ( not to loose the reg thus hes congress seat) , none of you even sent me a message to set things right! You preffered to write to Romanian leadership , wich had no whatsoever deal with Nemesis!
You really wanted to loose a region of your country for the simple thing that a stranger gets in the congress! I wonder, with the others, why haven't you acted the same??? And there was ALOT of them.... romanians, turks , indos , etc. This makes me think that it wasn't 100% your desire....

And to make it all very clear :

The deal betwen Nemesis and EmperorMarcus is next: We helped him to become a congressman , and the cs's are ours... therefor those cs's will be used only for Nemesis members. Thus, I believe we canceled any PTO suspicion.

What you need to know about Nemesis:

1 We are a MU private/independent pro EDEN/TERRA
2 We won't have more then 50 members.
3 We will remain in Brasil ( even if the country will be wiped for months)
4 We wont get involved in politics of PTO ( at any level )
5 We will help you with votes against the ones who want to PTO ( at request )
6 We are opened to any type of dialogue and we wont accept lies/blackmail
7 Our interest wont bring harm to Brasil

What you should do (advices):

1 Revise your activity and not allow strangers to run for congress
2 At your demand we can help you unconditional
3 Discuss directly with us to avoid any problem
4 Do not ignore small MU , wich most of the times are better organised then the big ones
5 If you have a stranger wich requires brasil cs , first find out if he deserves( eventual if you have other recomandations from officials); if yes approve it faster.

I hope that thru this official announcement we settled most of the eventual missunderstandings that apeard in the last period betwen Nemesis and Brasil.

Buna ziua,

Dupa ultimele evenimente, vreau sa clarificam lucrurile prin acest articol oficial din partea Nemesis.

Inainte de toate vreau sa precizez ca actiunea Nemesis nu are nici o legatura cu Romania ! Nemesis a actionat independent de orice ordin al ministerului de aparare din Romania. Va rog nu amestecati Romania in aceasta actiune Nemesis ! Mai jos, voi considera discutie direct cu Guvernul/Congresul Braziliei fara a da nici un nume.

Istoria Nemesis in Brazilia

Totul a inceput pe 4 aprilie 2011 cand voi ati aprobat pentru prima data cetateniile conducerii Nemesis (pag 160-161 la aplicatii aprobate). Din aceea clipa, zi dupa zi, saptamana dupa saptamana, membrii unitatii au primit cetatenii pana cand majoritatea Nemesis a devenit parte integranta a Braziliei. In acea perioada nu trebuia facut nici un demers oficial in acest scop...

Pe tot parcursul acestei perioade am incercat sa ne formam o imagine, ca voi sa ne cunoasteti mai bine si sa va asigurati ca nu am venit in tara voastra cu ganduri negative (asa cum sunt cunoscuti romanii prin diverse tari); drept pentru care am interzis membrilor sa intre in politica, sa faca PTO sau mai stiu eu ce lucruri necurate. Ba mai mult, am dorit sa ne rasplatim increderea acordata si am pus umarul la ajutarea Brazilia : am ajutat in luptele importante, am donat GRATUIT spitale q5 spre utilizare in regiunile strategice, drept pentru care am si primit multumiri oficiale la acea perioada : Thank you Nemesis , am ajutat si ajutam si in continuare la cresterea economiei zi de zi virand din taxe zeci de mii de moneda statului brazilian. De multe ori am echipat din bani personali ca Brazilia sa nu piarda luptele epice...multi soldati avand la profilul personal milioane de damage date pentru Brazilia...

Am ramas aici si cand bonusurile din economie au fost 100%, dar si saptamani in sir cand Brazilia a fost stearsa de ONE, cu toate ca am avut posibilitatea mutarii in alte state.

Sa revin la istoria recenta....

In trecutul apropiat, am aplicat pentru cetatenia br din postura de cetatean al SUA..Am scris mesaje Consiliului din Congres care se ocupa de cetatenii...stiam care sunt regulile si le-am urmat cu strictete...instiintare oficiala, formular completat, etc...

Spre mirarea mea...dupa atata cate am facut pt Brazilia, nu ati reusit in 5 zile sa-mi aprobati cererea. Mi-ati explicat care a fost cauza (una tehnica) si am inteles...ajungand la concluzia ca mai trebuie sa aplic a 2a oara...mesaj trimis...nici un raspuns..dupa 3 zile mi-am pierdut rabdarea si cumpatul si v-am spus ca nu mai am nevoie de cetatenie.

Ma saturasem sa tot cer de 8 zile in continuu...din partea voastra nici o reactie....am fost extrem de suparat, mi-ati dat cuvantul vostru si v-am crezut...am mers mereu pe incredere si loialitate...ce-i drept nu aveati nici o obligatie sa-mi dati mie cs (sunt un strain oarecare pentru voi) insa puteati simplu sa nu-mi promiteti.

Pentru mine si oamenii mei cel mai important e cuvantul dat si apoi incalcat !

Prezent

Totul a culminat insa cu aflarea, ce-i drept intamplator, a faptului ca emperormarcus a reusit sa se strecoare si sa candideze pt congres.
Asta era unica mea sansa dea a arata inca o data tuturor brazilienilor ca nu toti oamenii merita sa fie tratati la fel, chiar daca ei se numesc romani! Astfel am hotarat de comun acord sa-l sustinem cu voturi ca sa intre in congres....DA, puteti spune ca Nemesis a facut pentru prima data politica in Brazilia...doar pentru a va arata ca pentru a face un bine de multe ori esti obligat sa incepi cu stangul !

Ce m-a surprins cel mai tare, e faptul ca, vazand lupta din rw-ul unde emperormarcus candida, si noi luptam pt Brazilia (sa nu pierdem regiunea si implicit candidatura lui), niciunul dintre voi nu mi-ati trimis mesaj sa lamurim problema !!! Ati preferat insa sa scrieti conducerii Romaniei, care insa n-avea nici o treaba cu Nemesis !

Voi chiar voiati sa pierdeti o regiune a tarii voastre pt simplul fapt ca un strain ajunge in congres !!! Ma intreb oare cu ceilalti de ce nu ati procedat la fel ??? Si au fost o gramada...romani, turci, indonezieni, etc. Asta ma duce cu gandul ca nu a fost 100% dorinta voastra....

Si ca totul sa fie foarte clar :

Intelegerea dintre Nemesis si emperormarcus este urmatoare : noi l-am ajutat sa fie congresman, iar cetateniile sunt ale noastre..prin urmare de aceste cetatenii se vor folosi numai membrii Nemesis. Astfel cred ca am anulat orice suspiciune de PTO...

Ce trebuie sa stiti despre Nemesis :

1. Suntem unitate militara privata/independenta pro EDEN/TERRA
2. Nu vom avea mai mult de 50 membri.
3. Vom ramane in Brazilia (chiar daca tara va fi stearsa luni de zile)
4. Nu ne vom implica in politica de PTO (la nici un nivel)
5. Va vom ajuta cu voturi impotriva celor care vor sa faca PTO (la cerere)
6. Suntem deschisi oricarui tip de dialog si nu vom accepta minciuna/santajul.
7. Interesele noastre nu vor aduce prejudicii Braziliei

Ce ar trebui sa faceti voi (recomandari) :

1. Sa va revizuiti activitatea si sa nu mai permiteti strainilor sa candideze la congres
2. La cererea voastra putem sa va ajutam oricand neconditionat
3. Discutati direct cu noi pentru a evita orice problema
4. Nu ignorati unitatile militare mici, care de cele mai multe ori sunt superior organizate celor cu sute de soldati !
5. Daca un strain vrea cetatenia braziliana, aflati mai intai daca merita (eventual daca aveti si recomandari de la oficiali); daca da, aprobati-o cat mai repede.

Sper ca prin prezentul anunt oficial am lamurit in mare parte eventualele neintelegeri aparute in ultimul timp intre Nemesis si Brazilia.
