Name: Neyomiya Nono
Series: Yotsunoha OVA, 3 episodes.
Citizenship: Japanese

She has such a small body that did not grow that much after three years (anime timeskip), she is a very skilled cooker and earned some respect within her highschool.

She is a little complexed by her height and growth, wishing that people would stop treating her as a child but more as a potential woman. Also, she speaks with a gentle Osaka accent, and lived there when she was a child. She attended Kitaoh High School in Osaka.

Skills: Cooking, cleaning, acting, painting.

With these skills she is the perfect woman, graceful in their use. She embodies the phrase that good things come in small packages. Although shy, she brings herself the courage to do her best and pursue the one she likes to the best of her ability.

Like eJapan, she has courage and resolve and although small in stature, that is what makes her great. I think she would make a great empress. Join me in that, please vote for her.
