To safeguard this nation, I have resigned my post as Imperialist Party President, in order to serve as a blocker in the Congressional elections, and avert a PTO.
I would rather that such things were not necessary, but there was a serious need for blockers, and I could not ignore the call.
Its is my hope that I can soften the blow somewhat by making a serious run at Congress.
I won't bother you with a "platform", I'lll just say I support war, allies are great when they're your allies, and the economy is in the crapper till v2.
