Dear foreigners, despicable invaders, my Scandinavian brethren and everyone else whom this may concern,

My proud motherland, eSweden, has fallen. As one of the last remaining survivors, I shall make my last stand here in the last remaining region of Smaland, surrounded by enemy territory in all directions. How could this be? What happened to the once so powerful Swedish nation?

The answers to those questions will mark the starting point of a new, independent voice from Northern Europe; Nattramn. From this newspaper we will report all major events taking place on the Scandinavian peninsula and post uncensored letters from the upcoming Swedish Resistance Movement.

Day 974 in The New World, eSweden lost all their core regions except Smaland. The events that eventually resulted in the extermination of my people was architected by the current President of Norway, Mr Gordon Gekko - or as most people know him, neppons.

neppons was secretly in cahoots with the Swedish President, Per-Otto, whom we now know to be the same as a famous troll who went by the name of Mombassa. These despicable individuals sold out eSweden to eNorway, while dealing with representatives from the PHOENIX alliance, paving the way clean for an invasion led by UK and Russia.

Due to this terrible act of high-treason, one of the oldest nations in the world is about to be entirely wiped out from the world map.

What happens next? Surely, there must be a plan?

Of course there's a plan. There's always a plan. We just don't know it yet. But let's not joke about this too much, as it affects several hundreds, probably thousands, of players for an undetermined number of days into the future. Our parties have been scattered, out companies now rest on enemy soil and our people needs a morale boost to recoup from these events.

We will strike back, and when we do, it won't be pretty.

...where we give up our freedom as if we were just as bad as neppons and Per-Otto, let me just tell you this:

The Swedes are a proud people. We do not negotiate with thieves and terrorists. If you truly desire to achieve peace with eSweden, then you should never have interfered in the first place. The same goes for eGermany and every other nation that can be characterized from its complete lack of cohones.

And as a general rule of thumb for any future communications you wish to have with us: if you want to barter, then make sure that you bring something valuable to trade with.

My people will not falter. My people will not run and hide. We're not half-decent, uncivilized bots or a bunch of sorry excuses for warriors. We will stand our ground and we will defend it to the bitter end and then come back to haunt you in your sleep.

We're Swedes.

This soil has been the walking ground for our ancestors and it shall be the playground for our children and their children to come. Russians, Germs, multis, bots, some poshed up brits with cheap mascara and/or any other entity falsely accused of being human will not be allowed to change that fact.
