National Military Update

This is an unofficial update meant to inform the Soldiers of the National Military about upcoming changes in programs.
Current Program
The current program being implemented by the National Military is based on activity. Activity levels are decided upon by the completion of a soldiers daily orders (getting 25 kills). Soldiers that complete their orders regularly are placed in the Imperial Japanese Army. Those that complete their orders seldom, or not at all, are moved to the Imperial Army Reserves.

Imperial Army Reserves:
Supply distribution is strictly determined by the Commander and his officers based upon criteria filed with the Ministry of Defense.

Imperial Japanese Army:
Soldiers that complete their Daily Order (25 kills) are supplied with 3 Q7 weapons. DO completion is the only criteria and supplies are passed out daily.



New Programs:
These are the new programs primarily effecting the Imperial Japanese Army

Upgraded Supply:
The daily weapon supply will be increased to 4 Q7 weapons Daily for those that complete their DO.

Movement Compensation:
Soldiers will be compensated for DOs that require movement. All soldiers please be aware though that we will only be compensating for movement from the last region you were ordered to be in. That means that if our Military is stationed in Russia and moves back to Japan, you will only be given enough money for that move. If you ended up in South Africa, the difference in distance will come out of your own pocket.

Commune system:
We are implementing a commune system to allow major upgrades to supplies while minimizing cost increases. Soldiers that volunteer for the commune system are assigned to work in a factory managed by one of our officers. These soldiers work for minimum wage and are instead paid with a vastly upgraded supply drop. The current supply drop is 7 Q7 weapons and 700 energy units worth of food. (This daily supply drop is a 90+cc value at current Market prices)

Extra Note on the Commune system:
For anybody worried about the effect of the communes on our economy. We are concentrating on Q7 weapons. This means we are easing the demand on the Q7 Market and helping lower the prices for regular citizens. At the same time, we are buying up massive amounts of raw materials for weapons production and Large amounts of food to supply the Soldiers. The food and raw materials markets are the markets most accessible by young players so we are also helping them out by buying their wares.

The New Programs will be slowly implemented within the following week as we set up the necessary infrastructure. Please do not expect all facets of the programs to be active immediately.
