National Media Strategy (Free News Paper)

There has been some changes to the NMS since you would have seen it last time. It used to be a Government offered subsidy but during my term last month I abolished it to cut costs for the Government. However, since It is a program I really do enjoy and hope can help people, I would like to continue it by offering the subsidy myself. I have also changed some of the requirements to make it easier to apply.

Aim: Offer support to citizens wishing to get involved in Norwegian media and to encourage a more active Norwegian media landscape.

Article 1: I will offer a subsidy of 2 gold for new players wishing to start a newspaper.

Article 2: The subsidy will be issued when the requesting citizen has contributed 3 quality articles to the Norwegian Media.

Article 3: The citizen requesting the subsidy must have founded their paper after the National Media Strategy was implemented.

Article 4: No more than one article may be released every 3 days that count towards collecting the subsidy.

So how do you collect the subsidy? Simple, just message myself or comment below. Once you have gotten that far I will check to make sure the proper requirements were met and I will request the funds from Congress be released and delivered to you. You can write about anything you wish either, political summary's, interviews, your opinions on the economy or war or even short stories, just whatever comes to mind. Just remember you had to create your news paper after Day 2,337 to qualify.
