National Embassy Coordination

Day 1,963, 14:32 Published in Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia by Danyal al Battani

The government wants to restructure the national embassy program and I said that I want to manage this job. This article is adressed to the ambassadors, to every citizen who is interested to become an ambassador and certainly to the government. At first, I will explain how an ambassador should work. Then, I will give instructions to the ambassadors.

Working as an ambassador for eSaudi Arabia:

Saudi Arabia needs you! eKSA is a small country, thus we need good relations to our neighbour states to survive. This is the reason why there are ambassadors! They communicate with another country to improve our relationship with them. In a crisis, they reconcile with the enemy's government. Some crisis was ended in this way...

The most important thing that ambassadors have to do is being connected. They need connections to every group, to every party, to every important person. They have to know the country where they work like their native country. If there's a IRC channel of the country where they work, they should join it and chat with the members!

Another important aspect is that they have to read the most important articles there. The best thing to do is to subscribe the government's newspapers, e.g. those from the ministries or the country president.

The country president is the most important person for them (then the foreign minister) and they should have a good relationship to him. He has a good knowledge about the country (because if not, he wouldn't be the CP...) and the ambassadors can ask him or her everything about the country. Sometimes, in a crisis, it's necessary to ask him or her why the country does this or that.

If there's an ambassador of the country in eKSA too, stay in contact with him or her!

Ambassadors have to fill in forms weekly, where they explain the current situation of a country in detail. Every month, they should also describe a bigger topic, not only about the current situations, but also about historical, military or economical facts. An example for a bigger topic would be "Crisis in South Africa - Brazil vs. Indonesia" for Cakson or Hassan Salama or "Relationship between Arabs and Catalanes in Egypt" for AmmRi.

To publish those weekly and monthly reports, the ambassadors should create their own newspaper. It is not expensive, only 2 gold, and you'll earn a lot of experience and respect. But, try to write more than a five-lines-text! It's ok if you have not so much time but try to publish at least a good monthly article and as much weekly articles as possible. If it's possible for them, they should publish the articles also in the language of the country where they work (only if they have time and speak the language good enough).

If you are interested and you want to become an ambassador, contact me whenever you want!

Here are the countries where we need ambassadors as soon as possible:

Greece
Macedonia
Russia
Turkey
Iran

If there's nobody whose Greek knowledge is better than mine, I would also work as an ambassador in Greece!

Our current ambassadors are:

Cakson - Indonesia
Hassan Salama - Brazil & Germany
169th - Norway
AmmRi - Egypt
Kanaan 99 - Portugal
Podgoricki 1987 - Serbia
Frankiard - Bulgaria

If I've missed someone, send me a PM! Hopefully that there will be more soon.

What do the ambassadors have to do:

1. Stay in contact with the country's government where you work
2. Read interesting articles
3. Publish interesting information by writing articles
4. Fill in a form every week (I give you a link tomorrow) and try to publish an article per week about the country where you work
5. Publish a big informative article per month

If you can't publish a weekly article (because you are too busy etc.), only fill in the form. This is more important because then I'll publish an article with all the imformation of all ambassadors.

If you are a newer eSaudi, please write your first article about yourself, so that you aren't unknown anymore!

If you have any other questions, just ask me!

Regards,

Danyal al Battani
