CONGRATULATIONS TO POPANDLOCK FOR WINNING HIS NINTH TERM AS NARC PP!!!!!!


Onwards and upwards.






Slowly at first, and now in growing numbers, Canadians are turning away from the politics of bickering and division and working out a new politics -- a politics of creative problem-solving. NARC would like to be at the front of this new way of thinking.

It would have us take the best from the political left and right, and come up with something new that serves us all. So I call upon you to put aside all this ugliness, and bickering....instead, focusing on a mutually benefical realtionship that will bring sucess to Canada in V1.5

It would have us come up with solutions to public issues that are thoughtful enough, clever enough, and inclusive enough, to bring people and factions together.

It would dare to suggest real solutions to our biggest problems -- but it wouldn’t lose touch with the complex facts on the ground.

It would encourage us to be as many-sided as we really are -- practical and visionary, mature and imaginative, sensible and creative, all at once.

You can describe it as an increasingly coherent “radical middle” politics, and a growing political movement, but it’s not necessarily so elaborate. It is an attitude, an impulse, a mood. You’ll know it when you see it.

If you see pundits shouting half-truths at each other in the media...accusing each other of sabotage.....this is as counter-productive as it is unnecessary. -- or demonstrators with simplistic slogans on their articles (“DOWN WITH DAL,” or "CPF CHEATS.etc.....”) -- or politicians spending months in cushy office without ever finding the courage to propose real, long-term, sustainable solutions to our most pressing problems -- then you know you’re very far from the radical middle.

We are a collection of very kind, and caring individuals, who all work together towards one goal:

the betterment of Canada and our Allies.






Foreign Policy

NARC believes in nurturing the Canada/US relationship above all else. While we are still a very committed member to EDEN, we just love our Bros so much!!!!

We believe in a high focus on diplomacy, with honesty in our dealings with other nations. if we cannot be trusted as a country, we will not last as a nation in the new world.

NARC believes in Canadian interests above any others. This is a competitive game and a governments first responsibility is to its own citizens.




Domestic Policy





NARC believes in respecting and up holding the democratic votes taken each month for Congress, the Presidency and for Party Presidents.

We believe helping new citizens is one of the most important duties of a government and therefore we strongly support legislation and schemes both by the government and by private individuals to help answer any questions, give advice, provide new player support and seek to encourage them to keep playing.

We strongly believe and always strive for smaller Government. large social programs funded by high taxes ultimately only take enjoyment away from the players. We should aim to cut away as much of the Government as possible, focusing on those functions only the Government can do. This includes:

New Citizen Education
Foreign Policy
Military Organization
Low/Fair Taxes

A Government should be there to help maximize citizen enjoyment and not to legislate laws which would constrict a citizens fun.


We believe that there are certain times when Canadian companies need to be protected by high import tax so they continue to turn a profit. While this type of Protectionism is frowned upon in the real world, here in the new world it is necessary for our economy to continue ticking over.


Final notes
You are still more than welcome in the party if you disagree with some of these points, as only with critical thinking and well reasoned debate can we move forwards. We don't need "Yes Men" here!
