My run for Tallahassee

Hello everyone, I would like to take a moment to announce my run for Tallahassee's mayorship.
What will I do if elected?

I will create a health care system to boost wellness.

I will create an unemployment office, in the form of a Q1 or Q2 food company

I will create a new user office, to help all who are new to eRepublik find their way.

I will create a lottery to increase of which 80% will go to the winner, and 20% to the city.

I will appoint a Citizens Advisory Committee to help me understand the needs of Tallahassee
