My goals and platform
Party Goals:
Party Membership: Increase to over 150 Persons by recruiting new and young players and getting them involved with the commune community, the paramilitary group of the SFP, and getting them actively involved in party actions.
Congress Member Ship: Attempt to gain 2 seats in Congress by going after the Midwestern states for their low population of course through careful negotiations with the parties that traditionally hold that state in a further attempt to reduce competition in these states.
Continual Expansion of the Commune system: To A. retain players in the party and in game, B. to increase the economic position that the SFP currently holds. While we may or may not like it, the eRepublik system is designed upon capitalism and jobs doe’s equal power.

Platform Ideals:
Economic Policy Belief: We as a people should attempt to reduce the economic disparity and resource disparity that is shared among players by having government funded and possibly owned manufacturing jobs to help provide well-paying jobs, cheap manufactured goods, and a stockpile for times of war or economic depression. Funds should also be allocated to help new players who are starting business in the manufacturing sector.
Military Policy: A well-funded military is always need so that they can help continue to provide jobs for their own soldiers and help them become even more self-sufficient in case of attack or war. Branches should be held to their original intent. Home Guard is to be a purely defensive force for those who cannot be on the game at all hours. The Mobile Infantry is to be a quick strike heavy damage group that needs to be expanded in order to accommodate our soldiers currently stuck in the training corp. The Mobile Infantry should also become our leading force in battle. The Army should be utilized in battles that are of extreme importance, and also be used to garrison territory that we hold of a country that the United States is at war with. The Airborne will the first force in the event we invade a country to cause massive damage and clear out the enemy that the Mobile Infantry would soon face. The Marines who are our strongest military unit needs to be continually heavily funded and used in the battles that we considered the most important.
Military Intervention: Military Invasion should only be considered in extreme cases, under certain circumstances. Military invasion should also have a clear goal, and exit strategy so as not to be caught in a destructive war.
National Political Policy: We need to keep an open channel with the citizenry of the eUnited States so that we know there fears, needs, and wishes. All discussions that will affect personal members of the eUnited States should always be opened for those to read the discussion of their congressperson and also a possible side forum for those citizens to discuss these events.
International Political Policy: Trade should be encouraged among all nations who wish to trade with the eUnited States. Alliances should only be entered after heavy thought and discussion and with set goals for that Alliance to avoid infighting among alliance members.
Tax Policy: I believe that people should not be punished if they work more to earn more(this is based on the changes coming in V2) So income taxes should be kept low so that those who work long hours or high paying jobs can keep what they worked for, but sales taxes should be high on certain key luxury items to keep money in the government to fund the many programs to help retain new and old players.
Innerparty Policy: To keep an open channel with the Steering committee as to keep party cohesion, and allow effect party movement in the political scene. I will also respect all decisions of the steering committee on matters after discussions are closed and it has been voted on.

I have no doubt that through my careful leadership and the Steering committees guidance that we can increase the active membership in the party, the members of congress who are SFP, and the overall influence of the party on the eUS and possibly the eWorld political scene.

Whoever your choice in the party elections I respect it, and all I wish to do is to provide what I will attempt to accomplish and do as Party President.
