My Resignation

I hereby inform you all that I am stepping down as President of the Binary Party. I will keep this short, as I am a man of action, not words.
In this month’s congressional election we ended up with 55% of the seats, which to me is as close to a political victory as one can get in Norway.
My goals when returning to eRepublik was to create the largest party in eNorway! And that mission is accomplished.
Binary Party Status:
We have 130 members
We have 22 congressmen (55% of the congress)
We have 30 mobile soldiers abroad (our Training Operation)
Our peak IRC activity was 27 members online at the same time.
Seeing that no other parties in eNorway managed to keep up with our growth, we are pretty much uncontested as the ruling party of Norway.
Which again is the reason of my resignation, I played so that my party might win, and so we did.
It has been a great run guys, and hopefully I will return as an active politician the next time this country is dominated by TEK or some other evil.
I would like to thank everyone that has supported BP and made this possible, and a special thanks to every active member of the Binary Party!
A Two-clicker future awaits me 🙂

This is so sad.. :/ You will be missed, Scorpicus/Xenius. Who will assign me pointless tasks with 10 minutes deadlines now?

Obviously BP is at a loss with your resignation, but perhaps new flowers will blossom. I hope you will return very soon, since that would be a true sign of Teknokratene's political power... Unless we manage to disguise our evil, of course 😉
It's a shame that BP was only able to accomplish these things during a period of TeK inactivity, a period where most of TeK's older members have lost interest and motivation due to the fact that BP still claimed to be the best despite elections results that were consistently in TeK's favour. It would've truly been a fete if you had been successful during December or January when TeK was in the height of its competetive efforts. I hope that BP does not lose it's momentum with you gone. TeK is working on galvanizing a new generation of active members, and we had looked forward to some stimulating rivalry. I will miss your criticizing remarks on innocent TeK articles.
