My recent inactivity, UKRP congress success and Respect

Day 2,264, 05:14 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by The Rising Fist

Hey guys i have not been as active as i usually would like to be as i have been very busy in RL. This however is not notice of me leaving or anything like that its just a heads up as to why i have not been around so much. Last thing i want is people thinking i was a one week burn out member who lost interest. I have'nt i still have lots of things i want to achieve here in the E-UK and UKRP.

I have so far enjoyed my experiences in war with various nations most notably Canada, France, Norway and Sweden. As to whether i would pursue a career in the millitary field is something else entirely i have only been here for a short amount of time and need alot more exerpeience before i could even dream of pursuing this. But thats one of the two main things i came here for, experience and the need for a challenge.

The various battles against Canada was an exciting experience and much to my pleasure turned out to be a challenge aswell. I must say we held our own against the Canadians pretty well. But i cannot ignore the effort and support of Poland and Spain (amongst others) against Canada. Fighting the canadians on the battlefield for me was always exciting we were fighting at first with our backs up against the wall, with the Canadians advancing. Nut i am very proud to say i think the turning point came in my RL region and my Erepublik region of the East of England. Of course spain breaking through in the Azores was also a massive turning point aswell as they could strike at the Canadian mainland.

And on the UKRP side of things what a congress elections for us! We won 7 seats! And on that note i wish to bring to the attanetion to all of you a member of the E-UK and UKRP community who has been workinmg tirelessly and deserves in my opinion a great amount of respect and adoration. His name is Tommy M Pickles, the individual who recruited me and is often seen on the UKRP message boards urging us to welcome new members to the UKRP party. His work is essential to both the E-UK and UKRP, he welcomes and comforts new members as much as he can and always to the best of his abillity and he deserves respect. However he did not make congress this time around but after speaking to him privately i can tell that this has not deterred him, if he is the type of guy i think he is i think this makes the fire burn inside him even fiercer and i hope next time around my revruiter will get the success he deserves.
