First off this is my dossier:
My Erepublik Age is 9 months.I was twice congress member (once in BETA)
I will run for Congress for the region Zemgale.
I would like to see eLatvia become a strong country. To do this i will work with other congressman in fallowing things As congressman:

Step 1:

1-First we need increase workers salary

2-dicrease taxes and price to keep workers in latvia
(beacase now the salary are low and taxes and price are highe,they cant buy enough food so they leave latvia)
(tax's shall be discussed in congress)

3-We need publicity gruop to invite new member to increas the papolation.

4-We shoud make instruction team to help and teach every new members of eLatvia in the game and finally he bacome a respected citezen in e Latvia..

5-We should change Citizen fee to 20 LVL and then kept it around the 10 LVL .by increasing this further cause the inflation

Step 2:

1-We shoudn't have National Bank, to keep money safe and balance the monetary market.(This org usere and pass must keep by peresident)

2-We shoud make Health organization that would give gift to everyone who's wellness is less than 35 or 40.to keep new member

Step 3:

1-We should have one Q5 hospital at first and then Q5 Defence System in the region Zemgale (to have a safe country) because it borders with all other regions
(in this way will' be able to defend all regions in wars.)

2-We need a strong confederate and military treaty.Alliances are going to be a key factor in keeping eLatvia from being taken over
