I want thank Vaclav and all who voted. It was a fair and very exciting duel, evidenced by me having started to write this article when I had thought that I had lost. I honour Vaclav, in past he has proved his loyalty to the Czech Republic many times. He is also active abroad, where he has spread the name of the Czech Republic and he will be my main advisor, regardless of whether he has interest in a cabinet post. In the Czech Republic, there are many tasks ahead. Now is the time to form the foundations on which Czech Republic will be built - to make provision for a better future and make the most of our potential.

I want to appoint a cabinet. It will be not only offices of honour, but positions appointed on the basis of merit and experience - not friendship or party loyalty. But, of course, ministers have to be well known and I would like their work to be visible.

I intend to appoint the following ministers:
Minister of Finances
- In charge of finances, especially control of project expenditures and control of inflation.
Minister of Industry and Trade
-Responsible for projects for industry, and for observing the market. To provides help to key companies.
Minister of Justice
- In charge of finalising and applying the Constitution and Contracts. To provide legal advice to citizens and organisations.
Minister of Foreign Affairs
-To oversee diplomacy with representatives from other countries, including administrating our embassies abroad.
Minister of Social Welfare
-To be responsible for ensuring the good social welfare of our citizens. To provide help to citizens through provision of good advice.
Minister of Defence
-To organise the army and intelligence services, maintaining the defence systems and military hospitals.
I have some list of people in mind, but that does not mean that it has been decided, please PM me if you are interested with details of your relevant abilities, previous activity and experience I will decide.

The first priority is the constitution. The current constitution worked well in the past, but now it needs simplifying and updating to address new problems not addressed by the current constitution. Most importantly, it needs to define the competences of president and congress in affairs which are not covered by the e-engine. There will need to be a careful balance struck between legitimacy and flexibility of administration.

The next priority is to set up a national bank. I plan to use 5 gold to found it. All transactions of state would be through this account and the accounts will be transparent and freely available. It should be created once the constitution is agreed.

Third will be to improve the forums of the Czech Republic. A majority of citizens liked GfkoCZ´s version, on which he works hard now, so soon we should move our activity there.

Fourth is to support our economy. Because our population is now lower than before, we need to stimulate our companies by reducing taxation. The main problem now is not number of items available but their quality.

Fifth is the army. Thanks to Juan Ameri formation of the army is well underway. However we know from history that it is just as important to maintain it as it is to establish an army. We should not forget that we are still in the process of producing a defence system of lower quality than is necessary - we must therefore make it better or stop it.

Sixth is foreign affairs. There have been many talks, but no visible results. My plan is make conferences to make first conclusions on Central European order and Slavic cooperation. In many foreign country congresses are friends of the Czech Republic, we should identify them and use this valuable resource to our advantage.

Seventh and perhaps most important, is to improve political participation. Too few people put themselves for ward for election to congress. Without sufficient competition, there is no guarantee of quality representation. Whilst many people criticise this situation, few put themselves forward to improve it..

We must continue the campaign to recruit new citizens to make Czech Republic stronger!

Chtěl bych poděkovat Vaclavovi a všem co volili. Souboj byl férový.
Vaclav je osobnost které si vážím a v minulosti několikrát ukázal svou oddanost České republice. Je aktivní i v zahraničí, čímž šíří dobré jméno České republiky. Bude mým hlavním poradcem ať už bude mít zájem o to vést nějaké ministerstvo nebo ne. Mnoho lidí chce kontakt na mě – mám pouze e-mail Ondrej.palivec“zavináč“seznam.cz.

V ČR je potřeba udělat mnoho věcí pro zlepšení současné situace. Myslím že je teď čas udělat základ, na kterém bude Česká republika stavěná. Je potřeba zajistit její budoucnost a využít její potenciál.

Chtěl bych vytvořit kabinet ale varuji že to nebudou jen čestné pozice a nebudou založeny na přátelství či stranické příslušnosti, uživatelé ministři musí být ale v E-republic známi svou aktivitou. Chci vidět jejich viditelnou práci. Zde je seznam plánovaných ministrů:
Ministr financí
-Zodpovědnost za finance, zvláště výdaje na projekty a inflaci Koruny.
Ministr průmyslu a obchodu
-Projekty pro průmysl, průzkum trhu. Pomáhá našim firmám.
Ministr spravedlnosti
-Zodpovědnost za ústavu a kontrakty. Nabízí pravní pomoc českým občanům a organizacím.
Ministr zahraničních věcí
-diplomacie se zástupci dalších států. Administrativa ambasád v zahraničí.
Ministr sociálních věcí
-Odpovědný za sociální zabezpečení občanů. Pomáhá občanům radami.
Ministr obrany
-organizace armády a rozvědky, udržování obranného systému a nemocnic.
V hlavě mám nějaký seznam lidí, ale to neznamená že jsem rozhodnut. Ozvěte se prosím pokud máte o tuto práci zájem a podle vašich schopností a aktivity se rozhodnu.

První věcí je ústava. Minulá ústava nám dobře posloužila, zároveň už však přestala být aktuální a je potřeba ji zjednodušit a vyřešit možné problémy na které stará ústava nemohla dost dobře reagovat. Jedná se především o určení kompetencí a pravomocí prezidenta a kongresu v otázkách které nejsou pokryty samotným enginem hry. Je třeba nalézt kompromis mezi legitimností a administrativní pružností.

Další věcí je potřeba národní banky. Tady plánuji použil 5 goldů z našich peněz abych ji založil. Může se jmenovat Czech National Bank, aby bylo jasno o co se jedná a uvedu sumu kterou má náš stát má mimo svůj účet a dotovat tuto sumu tam. Potom by všechny výdaje mimo engine hry byly spravovány tímto účtem. Bylo by dobré kdyby toto nastalo po změně ústavy.

Třetí věcí je nové fórum ČR, na kterém nyní pracuje GfkoCZ, líbilo se nejvíc občanům a můžeme tedy aktivitu přenést tam.

Čtvrtou věcí je podpora naší ekonomiky, populace zeštíhlela a je tedy potřeba povzbudit naše firmy nižšími daněmi. Hlavním problémem už není ani tak nedostupnost věcí jako jejich kvalita.

Pátou věcí je armáda. Díky Juanovi Amerimu se věci daly do pohybu. Jak známe z historie, je potřeba armádu nejen svolat ale i udržovat. Neměli bychom ovšem zapomínat že se stále buduje náročný obranný systém nízké kvality. Když už něco takového budovat tak s nějakou kvalitou.

Šestou věcí jsou zahraniční věci. O spolupráci zemí se stále mluví ale žádné viditelné výsledky nejsou. Je potřeba projevit aktivitu, mým plánem je se konečně se dohodnout jednak na uspořádání střední Evropy zejména se sousedy a dále na uspořádání Slovanských záležitostí. V kongresech po celé Evropě je mnoho přátel České republiky, jen je potřeba je oslovit.

Sedmou věcí, možná nejdůležitejší, je politická aktivita. Těch co kandidují do kongresu je velmi málo a trpí tím i naše kvalita. Těch co to kritizují je mnoho, těch co jsou ochotni pomoci je málo.

Je potřeba pokračovat kampaň na získání více spoluobčanů. Čím víc nás bude tím budeme silnější.
