My CoS, Cabinet Application, and New Civilian MU to be formed.

I see the role of the Chief of Staff as the person who keeps the entire cabinet working, and needs to be one that you trust in case something happens. I have chosen to have someone as my CoS that I are one of the 3 players I trust in this game, he also happens to be one of the few I have met in real life( he bought the rounds, btw). He will be my day to day manager, keeping on top of everyone to ensure they are doing work.

Many older player will know my Chief of Staff very well, he is a former President, multiple term CoS, owner of eusaforums.com and most importantly a hard worker.

PigInZen has accepted the chance to be my CoS, I believe he will play the role of Motivator very well.

Finally, A little bit of Rhetoric, I will be creating an official MU(Military Unit) for citizens to be transferred from one president to another after every term. This will create a simple way for citizens that are not part of any military unit to know where to fight, while achieving the rewards of being in a MU. This will not be a replacement for the DoD orders, but a supplement for those that want it.

All in all, great idea about the MU. The DoD orders are hard to find for most new users, and to be honest they are updated poorly and not so often.. Well, depending who is in charge, this changes of course. Anyway, some new players don't like to jump through all the hoops of the Official eUS Military which can be fun from a role playing standard but can also be considered a pain to some. A large civilian MU that gets orders out quick, and orders that can change fast. Of course as well as with the PowerBar & Bazooka Bonuses, makes this a GREAT idea. I'm amazed I didn't think of it, but all in all I think it will be a valuable tool. I hope even if you don't win the government adopts this MU and the PotUS and Heads of State use it wisely as it could be a devastating tool in the eUS arsenal.

Very good choice Goalie. PiZ has shown in the past to be an exemplary CoS.

MU idea is a great one. I've mentioned it in the VP's Council a few times.. I know other countries do it for their newer players, to give them an 'official' home where they can get daily orders and hopefully gain a daily bar and zooka. It has several great potential spin off that can be used, easy to track new players activity, hopefully can be used to spread food simpler with links internally to MoW and b4n and most importantly to have some firmer control over where the battles are set. Lets face facts, most people are simply hitting in whichever BoD is set by their MU in order to get the goodies, unfortunately wasting damage at times since MU's can't set ALL battles, only direct ones Country related. (Change this asap please Admins!)

Hell... in fact I'll volunteer an MU to you for use by the Government, to save the 40 gold fee. Only restrictions I would like would be that it is to be passed to each new POTUS and SoD.
