Precisely, we wanted to have MPP with other countries to secure the Battle Order. The MPPs are aimed to the Neutral (Not in CoT and TWO), CoT and Pro-CoT countries. NaN is a ~~dead~~ pro-CoT alliance but it is ~~dead~~ inactive right now. Mhifzan, is trying to revive NaN.
