MUST READ: Plan for a New Congress, pt. 1

The number one priority for the New Congress and the current President needs to be the building of eAmerica. Not that they would have a goal other than that (well some of the PTO congressman will) but the clear an concise goal doesn’t always have a plan. Here is the plan, Baby Boom 2010.

Here is how I propose that we do this:

1) We need one of the more popular members (i.e. PigInZen, Emmerick, Frost, etc.) to post in their Newspaper an open letter to Stephen Colbert. Inviting him to the eNation where he can lead the Colbert Nation, etc., etc., etc.

2) Everyone (and it will take a coordinated effort from close to 1,000 people to make this work) needs to Vote, Sub (if not already), and Sign.
3) Everyone will also need to ‘Share’ on Facebook, DIGG, and Buzz (Up). This is the most important and most overlooked part of this. But we have to ‘Slashdot’ this otherwise it will never work.
4) Everyone will need to ‘Shout Wave’ the Newspaper so that everyone does it. The more people within the shortest amount of time, the better effect it has.
5) In the letter there is a ‘Join Here’ button that clicks to the posters referral number (thereby awarding them 5g when those new members reach lvl 6).

Slashdotting is a huge part of this, it’s the outside traffic that is needed to draw in new players. Here are some actual examples of Slashdotting in regards to traffic generation.

In many cases proper Slashdotting can attract 500,000 visitors per day. Just like with the Advertisements on this site only 0.001 (at most) of them will perform the task we’re looking for. So out of 500,000 visitors we (statistically speaking) should get 500 new players, at 5g a piece that’s a lot of (2,500) gold for the person posting the newspaper.

More importantly that is how you can get the attention of Stephen Colbert, and he listens to the Nation. Stephen Colbert and 500 new players equals a baby boom. Even if it is just 500 players a week and each week we rotate who does the paper that is still enough to create a baby boom.

Everyone needs to Vote, Sub, and Sign this if they want this to work. Everyone needs to share wave this too. This will at least allow us to test out the effectiveness of this tactic.
