Munkára!

Azt hiszem, a regisztrációk nagyrésze lezajlott, ami még van, az már nem ilyen rohamszerűen fog jönni. Az izgalmaknak vége, a lázas szervezkedésből immáron át kell váltanunk egy igen komoly munkába. Merthogy sok dolgunk van most, nagyon, nagyon sok. Fantasztikus dolog volt ez a baby-boom, de irtózatos terheket rótt az államra, a munkaerőpiacra, a monetaryra, és a régebbi játékosokra. És ezt még fog is. A tegnap és ma regisztráltak néhány nap múlva kilépnek a Szociális Minisztérium kapuin, és immáron teljes munkaképességű polgárokként fognak a munkaerőpiacon helyet keresni maguknak, a wellnessükkel törődni, ételt-giftet-fegyvert vásárolni, és majd úgy két hét múlva vállalkozásokba fogni.

Mindenki, talán már az újak is tudják, hogy eMagyarország nem volt, mert nem lehetett felkészülve egy ekkora rohamra; büszkén mondhatom, hogy csúcsot állítottunk fel ebben is, mint sok másban is - ezentúl azt hiszem még sokáig hozzánk, magyarokhoz fog fűződni a legnagyobb baby-boom az erepublikon. És éppen ezért nem is gondoltuk, hogy ennyien jöttök. Örül a szívünk, hogy jöttetek, ne értsétek félre! De a gazdaság és a munkaerőpiac bizony ezt nehezen bírja, nem erre lett megalkotva, kialakulva. Ma este egy rendkívüli kormányülést fogunk tartani, amelyen megpróbáljuk a különböző terveket közös nevezőre hozni, és kitalálni, hogy mi lehet a legjobb Magyarországnak.

Bizony sokan lesznek majd, akiket kivisznek külföldre a nyersanyagcégekbe, mivel Magyarországnak nincsenek ásványkincsei. Lehet, hogy még feldolgozóiparból is ki fognak menni, és egyáltalán nem baj az sem, ha sokan, akik Romániába regisztráltak egyenlőre ott maradnak, és ha van magyar cég, akkor annál, ha nem, akkor bármilyennél elhelyezkednek, belépnek majd az eRMDP-be, és azon keresztül segítik elő a saját és a mi érdekeinket. Ez nem fegyveres harc lesz, azt előre megmondom. A most regisztráltak harci ereje csak lassan fog nőni, sajnálom… ez itt így van, így működik. De politikai erőt képviselhetnek és ez sem egy utolsó dolog.

És végül a legfontosabb. Kérdezzetek! Mindig, mindenkitől, és olvassatok, ássátok bele magatokat a történelembe, a gazdasági ismeretekbe, a harcrendszerbe – az IRL (valós életbeli) megszokások itt nem fognak működni, itt meg kell tanulnotok lassan, szépen az itteni keretek között dolgozni és karriert építeni. Vannak mentorok, akik segítenek az újoncoknak. Vannak mecénások, akik giftet, kaját osztogatnak. Van egyetem a chaten és a fórumon, ahol válaszokat kaphattok. Vannak újságok, amelyek ezerféle információval látnak el benneteket.

Használjátok ki mindet! Tanuljatok, és amikor unalmasabb, keressetek társakat, beszélgessetek, fórumozzatok, chateljetek. Találjatok ki érdeklődési köröket, célokat és keressetek hozzá embereket. Mert ez a hely elsősorban egy közösség. Emberek, akik egy helyre tartoznak, akiket különböző célok mozgatnak, de mégis van valami közös bennük: eMagyarország amit az emberek jelentenek - mi, magyarok bármilyen zászló is feszüljön a nevünk mellett. A vitáinkkal, a pártjainkkal, a nézeteinkkel együtt – mert azok mind ez alatt vannak.

I do think that the main flood of registrations has passed – the rest will be easier to manage. The excitement is nearly over, and from hurried organization we must now change into a very serious work. Because we have a lot to do, quite a lot. It was fantastic, but it put very heavy strain onto the state, the economy, the monetary, and the older players. And it will still do. Those, who registered yesterday or today will in a few days step out of the gates of Social Ministry, and try to find real jobs on the human resources market, care about their wellness, buy food, gifts and weapons, and in a few weeks start their own businesses.

Everyone, even the new ones know by now that we were not ready for this flood of people. I can proudly say to you that we now hold this record too; it will be some time before anyone will surpass this baby-boom that we have managed. And because of it, we did not prepare for so many people! We are glad for you, don’t be mistaken! But the economy and the human resources market was not ready for it, and it takes it hard even now. Today we will have a special government meeting to try and sort out everything that have been suggested and implemented so far to cope with this flood of people.

And there will be those, who we will ask to go abroad, to bring back with you the resources that we so much need; for Hungary has no resources worth to speak of. It might be possible to take others abroad with manufacturing skills, and we think that it is not a problem that many people – willingly - are staying for a while in Romania, and try to find the Hungarian companies, or any other, and work there, as it is a much bigger economy. If they reach level 6 they can join the Hungarian minority party, the eRMDP, and further their and our interests through it. It will not be an armed conflict, I do warn you – the military strength is the slowest to grow and t takes time to be soldiers. But you can represent political power and it is useful sometimes. Of course we will try to help as many of you as we can to come to Hungary.

And at last the most important thing: ASK! Ask everyone, ask everything, ask about history, economy, fighting, monetary – the RL knowledge here will not work always! Here you will have to relearn the rules and find careers within this structure. We have mentors, who answer your questions. We have sponsors, who will give you gift or food if you need it. We have a school on the chat and a forum, where people can answer to you. We have numerous newspapers that give you thousands of knowledge.

Use these channels! Learn and work and train – but when it feels boring, seek out friends, talk on chat, forum, comments! Find people with the same interest as you, find goals and find the people for accomplishing it. Because this place is really a community. People, who belong here, who have different goals and viewpoints, but still have one thing in common – eHungary, the country which is the people living it. We, Hungarians, no matter what flag flies beside our names. Together with everything – the parties, the viewpoints, the arguments – we still are a community, and everything else is just subordinal to this.
