Mudkip in the Senate?

Hello everyone!

My name is Mudkip McMudkip and I'm going to be running for a Senate seat in South Australia. Why SA, you ask? The answer is simple - I'm a RL born and bred croweater. I would consider it a honour to be able to serve my country and the eCitizens of my home state.

So why should you vote for me?

Reason 1: I'm a person that likes to get the facts before I make a decision.
Many of you would have seen my questioning of candidates during the recent CP election. I wanted to know exactly what people were going to do and I wasn't afraid to ask probing questions when I thought their statements or answers were lacking. If elected, I promise to continue to asking questions of anything presented to the Senate to get the facts out for the good of eAustralia.

Reason 2: I'm a fresh face and I don't have any enemies.
One of the things that frustrates me about the eAustralia community is the long-standing feuds between people. While I understand completely that sometimes people just don't get along I feel that it is detrimental to the political process if people can't see past their feud and look at what people are trying to say. If elected, I will not have these problems - I want to like everyone and I want everyone to like me.

Reason 3: I'm enthusiastic.
I've only been around for a little over a month but I've jumped feet-first into the community. I'm currently the Deputy Minister of Education in the current eAustralia cabinet and am active on IRC almost every night. I am also a regular participant on the forums - in fact, I have written educational articles on the forums and IRC to attempt to encourage people to get involved in the eAustralia community. If elected, I will continue to work hard to help eAustralia as I have been doing for the past month.

Reason 4: I'm not one of those pesky PTOers.
I've got a season ticket to Adelaide United, and am a member at Adelaide Oval. I open the bowling for my local cricket club, drink beer, and call everyone mate IRL. I can't remember the last time I pronounced the letter 'h'. These are not things that Serbian, Greek or Croatian PTOers do. If elected, I promise to continue being an eAussie and an IRL aussie.

Reason 5: I post mudkip pictures.

Every campaign involves kissing at least one baby...
