MPP with Romania - My thoughts.

Now to start off with, I am relatively new to the game, so I may f*** up on this article and my judgements badly, but still worth a shot 🙂
As I'm sure you have heard already, earlier today Jimbojoy proposed a MPP with Romania.
There were many posts saying this was a bad decision and that congress wasn't informed of this MPP and should vote NO to protect our friendship with CoT allies. But this is not the case. Congress have been informed and the situation has been discussed on the forums.
Now that EDEN is almost dead, a war between CoT and TWO is imminent. We need to prepare for this. We need to strengthen our relations with TWO, TWO countries and gain as many allies as possible. Poland are in favour of the MPP with Romania and Serbia have already signed the MPP with them. Therefore the UK needs to follow suit.
There is no use in trying to be neutral in the upcoming war, USA very much dislikes the UK, and would most likely wipe is if we did not have support from TWO.
And what about joining CoT? If we attempt to join CoT, USA will veto the proposition and this will also damage our relations with TWO meaning we may not have an alliance to return to.
Therefore the only way of the UK standing a chance in the CoT v TWO war is to support TWO and stay close allies with them. Yes this means becoming allies with a country who had recently fought against us, but it is time to forgive and forget, to make new friends and alliances to protect the future of TWO and eUK.
And if you don't want to forget about our history with other countries, then I must note USA (One of CoT strongest members) recently fought for our enemies, including Ireland against us. It is not the MPP with Romania that will ruin the relationship between CoT and TWO, it will be the USA.

The ultimate decision would have been for people to be patient and wait things out, but unfortunately it's all been rushed through, things are a mess and nobody even knows where they stand anymore.
I agree, it has been rushed and the eUK public should of been told the reason behind the MPP in a statement or something similar. Jimbojoy's decisions are, in my opinion, the right ones, although the way he is trying to prove that that they're the right ones, is well not so good 😛
CoT isn't fighting any member of TWO at the moment, and Romania isn't in TWO. Until one of those two is no longer the case, we don't need an MPP with Romania.

Meh.. "allies" is quite a loose term when you think about it. Allies who tell you to do something/order you to do stuff and all you have to do is suck-up and do it or else you're not one of the kewl kids. You can't stand on the sideline because then both sides will target you, and ofcourse the prominent countries doesn't give a damn about your opinion anyways, it's either their way or you're out.
