MPP between Germany and Indonesia?

The proposal in German and Indonesian congress on a MPP between the to countries is currently being voted upon. Although the vote is still going on, a majority of congress members seem to support the proposal.

At first sight it seems like Germany feels let down by its traditional allies and starts looking for new ones.

Will Germany get closer to PEACE or will they even decide to join PEACE in the future? And what would this mean for Austria? Would it ease the tensions between Germany and Austria? Or would it result in another armed conflict, this time without the intervention of PEACE?

So far nothing is certain though.
